The place was very busy and packed on the day I went. It is also very small with three establishment in the same Concord. But the service at Milky lane was super with the lady being g very friendly and understanding after we changed our order 3 times because my younger sister was undecided what she want.

Yesterday we went to Steers in Village Street, and we ordered a Rave burger and a Rib Burger, i asked them 2x to please NOT put garnish on the Rib burger. When we got home the Rib burger had garnish on, (they didn't listen !!) They had a small order to make only 2 burgers, nothing else... and they couldn't even get that right. Maybe they should start paying attention to what the customers want.
