When you sign the contract, you are not aware of many hidden costs which come with it. You are going to pay for everything (painting even if the wall are not dirty, cleaning the apartment, you are also gonna pay for additional 14 days after you move out when they clean the apartment from your money!). If I had known that while signing the contract, I would not have signed the contract. I definitely do not recommend the company if you want to rent an apartment. You pay for more than everything there.
