They were very helpful when I called to place my catering order for my event at and when I called to get an earlier delivery time it was no problem. I will be using them again for my next event.

Bad customer service. The lady had a bad attitude. She made a quick derogatory statement about in her native language to her colleague. I will not return to this location.
I know subway isn’t a up scale restaurant....but no one should wait 10 minutes after the door chimes to let the staff that there’s business! Why one of the staff members walks out (after 10 minutes) looking like a character off the movie Get Out. He was scary looking and I was scared to look. No the less I won’t be go back!
Ordered a sub online. Made a mistake with my bread. Called right away to change my bread after placing the order. I was hung up on two times. He couldn’t understand what I was trying to say. Makes no sense to have somebody working that cannot understand a common change for a sandwich. Will not order from here again
Probably the worst Subway in Randallstown not because of the food but because of how rude and disrespectful the manager is. I asked to cancel my order and the manager told me that it was not his problem and that I should contact my bank.
