Well the first thing that most brides think once their wedding date is finalized is the wedding lehenga...If U r thinking about that dreamy lehenga U are in safe hands with Tanushavy...Tell them your requirements and you will have it... I had got my wedding lehenga and saree from Tanushavy and I was more than happy... I have got so many compliments for both my lehenga nd saree and I will always be thankful to Tanushavy for this .. Keep up the good work !!!!
With just one star rating without any remarks if u r explaining entire story means u remembered entire transaction history . 1 On a request by our mutual connection I visited exhibition at BNR CHANKYA & along with other items one peace was selected as optional (0) & it was verbally agreed by you for refund in case we don’t like it , within next day it was communicated for return, you assured for refund which was possible thru paytm or any other digital way, but you assured it will be done thru cash only . 2 at the time of product return also refund was possible but not done . Later on I have sent multiple reminder for either paytm or refund my local rep / mutual connection , recently it was reminded again but it was delayed with excuse of lockdown ! 3 Now my hard earned money is paid , product is also returned but no refund so just for a peace of paper I paid 5100/- ? what rating you expect from a customer in such situation ......
Tanu was so understanding with my situation. I had alreqdy bought an outfit but it was a disaster at stitching. When I told Tanu my situation about a month and half before my wedding she was so understand and did everything she could to ensure I got the lengha I wanted, design wise and stitching as well. Once I confirmed details, she had the lengha stitched and shipped within 10 days of the order. I got my lengha just in time even with covid restrictions. The lengha was exactly like I saw in pictures and the fitting was absolutely perfect! I was nervous ordering from India. But Tanu made the whole process so much easier. I would definitely shop with her again and recommend her to family. Such a sweet soul.
Hii tanu This is the invoice of the product my husband purchased from you on an exhibition from Ranchi BNR, where you specifically mentioned that the said product is optional.and for your knowledge my husband has returned the item to your relative who took him to this exitibition and same has been communicated to you as well.. Now the Sean is that you took our money as well as your product..you definitely has sold the product again.... when you have clients from other states you should have policies to refund their hard ean money too. You can not expect someone to fly from kolkata to ranchi just to collect few thousands.. since last two years you are just giving excuses on every call and massage. If you can only refund via cash why don't you paytm????? You don't do any personal transactions??????

Keep it up, I used to think 'boutique' is just another word for a retail shop..... I mean they actually design. Guys do visit their workshop. Kudos to the only original boutique I have seen around.
