i purchased a Sony Smart TV on finance yesterday evening ..the sales guys were slow,uninterested to the point that i had to call them to confirm to the financer the product code.i told the sales guy to take out the TV so that i can carry it along..i was assured that it would be done promptly, But when i completed the formalaties and payment made..i was told that it was a bit too late at 9 pm..and TV would be delivered at my residence in the morning at 11am..i agreed to it...and now the best thing starts ..i kept calling the showroom right from the receptionist to the sales guy..throughout the next day..and was repeatedly told the TV is one its way to my residence which is only 3 km away from the showroom..it never reached my place ..even now at 10pm as i write the review... .when i insisted to speak to the owner i was told that he was out..when i ask his mob no ..i was told..'Sir pl wait for another 15 min TV will reach ur place,i could not spk to the owner', also they charge 2% extra when POS machine is used for swapping card...are we really shopping in a branded showroom?...i think i will have to go to the showroom again and get the TV myself....my worst shopping experience in samsung showroom in last 17 years...
