The girls working there have no knowledge about the makeup! They can't even provide u with ur exact skin tone foundation! They applied the foundation like they are applying any day cream on my face (they rubbed it on to my face using their finger tips)! I'm a darker shade, but they handed me a bottle of too much lighter shade! Also they will constantly try to convince u to buy more products n its really irritating!

I tried some other Lakme matte lip color and received some other color. Checked the color after reaching home. I asked to check the color in the store but they ignored.
