Kashish Developers is nothing but a big scam . There is no swimming pool, no gym . They charge whopping amount of money, first to buy the flat and then as maintenance but provide no service . Most of the buildings have not been painted, there is only 1 lift in most buildings. The merry go round in the children's park has been broken for past 6 months. If you complain about some issue , they turn a deaf year and it will remain unresolved , until you file a case in consumer court . It is better to buy your own piece of land and construct a house instead of getting trapped in this big scam and inviting trouble for your whole life. Once you buy the house , you can't leave as you have invested so much money . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

Only one lift in most of the blocks, though there is a provision of 04. Some single lifts are in operation for more than 7 years (like C Block). Condition is very poor. Maintenance of lift/load testing/checking of condition of rope is rarely done. It wont be a surprise if there is some mishap and loss of life. KUSPL doesn't pay any attention for installation of additional lift. Residents have to wait for 10-15 minutes at times to await for their turn to use it. Lifts are also source of infection....specially in the Covid times. Sanitization is never done.

Had booked in 2008 and got possession in 2016 end. Still a lot of work to be done in the common areas of C block. Only one lift has been installed out of four. Gas pipeline still not laid out.There is shortage of covered parking space. One parking space has been allotted to more than one resident...to someone on permanent basis and and to the other on temporary basis and that too to one who is residing maybe in another block, leading to frequent quarrels between residents. We find someone's car always parked in our parking space whenever we visit our flat. And Kashish Utility charges Rs 1440 pm for security, housekeeping, cleaning caring least about ensuring that no one else uses our legally allotted parking space.
