This store is the first computer Store of Jharkhand and has regularly offered latest product at prices which are equivalent to hp store online or even better prices. Few things about the store 1) The store does not knows how to cheat a customer. Eg. Selling a duplicate product or alternate product and charging for any other product. They give what you ask for and are ready to lose business, if they don't have it. End of the day they will always give correct suggestions. 2) yes in comparison, at times the prices vary from the local competitors, but definitely no competitor can offer such great after sales service. They have most number of happy fixed customers. 3) For any issues in service, they do not misguide customer just to raise the total bill amount. Verify with any other shop in Ranchi, the products used on service are genuine and correct as discussed with the customers. For smaller issues, they do not charge anything for their regular customers. 4) they have very efficient team and they offer AMC at really good prices. And once you connect with them, you will be so used to the easy life that you will never want to leave the brand- COMPUTER NETWORK. A suggestion, no matter you get good deals anywhere, in electronics it is very common that you face problem with your gadgets.
