I visited today to buy a Garcia Lounger. Bapi Das employ id 457703 treated me very well, has very good communication skills and provided me with all the information I needed. Very responsive service from the staff. Would recommend looking for him if you're planning to buy anything from there.

Everytime the phone is not reachable.....I don't know why I had purchased the furniture from big bazaar home town...the service is very redulculous..and worst....they just promised that life time assemble and disassemble is free....but now they are not ready to give service......I regret
Pathetic customer service. You will have to locate the staff yourself and approach them to explain the products, which they would do in a very disinterested way. Also the senior staffs are busy scolding his subordinates rather than catering the customers. Customer experience was very bad. Please train your staffs.
One week ago I visited Home town Ranchi...Mr Bapi Das, Employee id 457703 dealt with me for some products. I must say he has great communication skill, very polite and customer oriented. One advice/suggestion for any customer, please try to contact Bapi while shopping from Home Town Ranchi.
