VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL JUST GIVE FALSE COMMITMENTS AND YOU WILL GET INTO ENDLESS LOOP OF FOLLOWING UP WITH DIFFERENT DIFFERENT AGENTS. I have personally been into this trap. I purchased an Aquaguard filter and till date I have been trying to get it repaired ( its under warranty period ) but no success. """Extremely bad experience and huge disappointment"""" Also attaching SS of the mails I sent to their escalation team which was seen but still no action.

Never purchase eureka products, I have purchased vaccume cleaner, always breakdown, after repaired taken 1500 RS, again breakdown, technician come to my home told that he has no sufficient idea to repair, send it service centre. First time also I harrased by him at kharagpur after going 7 times at service centre repaired but again breakdown, so many times ,I have complained,yet not repaired
Worst service I have experienced since I purchased Magna water filter. Till last year with old guys everything was all right. After that no body in the service centre bothers for you. Inspite of repeated reminders no one turned up for renewal of AMC. Now I am in a total doldrums on what to do with this filter. They deserve zero star for their service & response.

In jan 20 installed new REVIVA , now we are getting trouble in this machine, requesting last 7 days to technical person , but he didnot approach yet, very poor response, Pl donot use this company product.
