I was really very much dissatisfied with the service of Great Eastern, Ranchi. I bought one Panasonic Solo microwave from there. first of all, they have not delivered the product on time. I have to call them after waiting a considerable time. secondly they have not send the engineer who is supposed to show us the installation. anyway, very poor experience. will not buy any product from there.
