Have a 50 Mbps plan but actual speeds are not even 2 Mbps. Calling CT Communication for the same does not help. I have been complaining about the speeds and sudden network drops to the retail owner of this shop. He either ignores your call or will just say to bear with the speeds as they are upgrading. In one of the heated argument he asked me to leave his service and look for alternative broadband service. In age of WFH, joining important meetings, attending class/lectures, sudden network drop for 15 to 30 minutes everyday during peak hours has a huge impact. It only adds to your frustration. I am really frustrated with this broadband's service and just waiting for Jio Fiber to start operations in my area. Once Jio starts, Forever goodbye to CT Comm.

I took their service as my friends were using it ,it was ok initially but then the speed dipped very low,i have complained soo many times and they just tell me it will get fixed in a few days and that too if you are lucky they recieve your call,i was using 100 mbps tarif and even upgraded to 200 mbps just to see if it would help but it got even worse,i got speeds of 0.5 mb on the worts day and 10 mbps for a few hours on the best days,now when you complain about the speed they will say use ethernet wire to improve speed ,how am i suposed to use ethernet wire on my phone ,i previously used railwire wifi(2mbps tarif)which was not even fiber but still gave 2mbps speed even on wifi and multiple users so that excuse is bs in my opinion,.now if you pester them enough they will tell you to call customer care which does not help a bit because they just tell you to switch off the router and on again,now when you pester customer care they will tell you to contact local operator, you will not get any solution ,its even worse than doing govt related work which makes you run hoops just so that it gets done, i started complaning in june and still its not fixed,the only reason i did not terminate the service is because i did not have any other option and my mobile network is very weak in my home,but i can not tolerate it anymore,its just a waste of money. im so frustrated and want to write even more . I dont recomend it at all .im attaching my speed test results and customer care chat.

Horrible experience. My mobile internet connection is much better than the so called Fibernet that they provide. For 100mbps plan the speed that I always got was never more than 10 mbps. They are experts in misrepresenting the facts and misleading customers. Moreover, I have never experienced such bad customer service ever in my life. Their executive never picks up the call. I tried several times to raise a concern regarding the speed l, however, was unanswered all the times. They provided two numbers at the time of installation for any service assistance but of no use. They will only receive the call when you need a new connection. Once you their customer, they will give a damn about it. They actually don't even deserve 1 rating, however, Google won't allow me to submit my review without giving any rating and hence, this 1 star

Pathetic internet service. Doesn't give even 1/10th of its rated speed. Customer care service do not respond to your complaints. Not recommended

There is no option to give negative star... otherwise I would have given them...such a fraud services they provide....i had taken one 60 mbps plan and hardly 6 mbps speed comes....when u call them thry hardly pickup the call... please choose wisely..

Took plan of 60 Mbps. Getting speed of 6 mbps. Complained to service provider multiple times, but they never bother about it. If you are living around purulia road or pathal kudwa, this is not recommended. They are just taking advantage of the monopoly in the area

Very poor service and is not at all recommended. Using Jio hotspot is far better than using their services. Utterly disappointed and disgusted.
