I love having hot stone massage in this place. Had my nails done In past by Hannah and she was very good. Unfortunately last time my nails were done by young girl and the results were shocking it was like if kid did it. I was refunded the money and offered different appointment.

Spa day with full body massage - Great experience, thoroughly relaxing, already planning to come back. Make sure you arrive early though as car park seems to fill up easily, but there is free parking on S eastern street nearby if needed.
We were given a spa day as a gift, hence only awarding four stars. For those that do not know the spa is in a sports centre. The changing rooms, I think, are shared with the gym. No frills. No toiletries etc. The towels and gowns are at the time of writing old, need replacing and are one size only, men and women alike. You need to ask for fresh towels etc. The treatment rooms are upstairs and the spa down stairs. No pool. The spa itself is quite small in size but has a good range of facilities. We were Impressed. The lunch area and relaxation area are fine. The massage was great. I did not have a facial but the products look amazing and I will have one if I return. The staff make the spa. They are a great team, friendly and offer excellent customer service. They really make the experience very good. Overall I really feel relaxed and have had a lovely day.
I came in yesterday for a Swedish Massage as my shoulders and neck were in a lot of pain. My therapist was Gwen and she was amazing. totally recommend the spa and treatments here to any one. Thank you Gwen
What a hidden gem the massage was so relaxing, the ladies were lovely, the room was lovely, can't wait to come back. The spa facilities were top notch and clean, I've paid triple the price and had pretty poor service can't rate ti's high enough.
