I don't go to Smith's anymore for the books, although they still sell them, but rather the large range of stationary they have on display. Their stationary ranges have improved over the years and they are now my first choice. Also good amounts of art materials, craftmaking items, and letter writing essentials. They also have regular sales and special offers, so give them a look in. Loads of children purposed stationary when back to school time comes around.And of course a large range of magazines, and a coffee shop upstairs on the mezzanine level.

Went to buy some identity card holders for our Neighbourhood planning open day, only two packs of three, but needed ten in total. Not perfect, but bought some parcel tags to make the difference. But no staff at the tills, had to self till. I don't like these machines, hence the four stars, but a very good variety of products.

I love the new layout. Do need to avoid buying any more stationery though. The automated post office machines are not as bad as I thought they'd be and there was someone on hand to help anyway.

What’s so different about this branch of this chain than all the others? Not much really, except does have extended range of books, cards, gifts etc and coffee shop upstairs. Also extensive range of newspapers and magazines plus the tempting array of sweets near the checkouts! Large free car park outside with lots of other stores in the complex to make your retail therapy complete!

A big store that sells just about everything stationary, greetings cards, magazines, books, as well as cold drinks & sweets. The staff are really friendly & helpful. The person I spoke to was also very knowledgeable, so I learnt something as well!!

Confusing layout, but not bad once I could find what I was looking for, very expensive. I think this company needs a big overhaul , other shops can provide better quality good at more competitive prices. A good thing was the staff at this branch are very nice

Staff were ready to help when asked but it wasn't like the customer Souldern came first.

Very nice.!! I met with relatives for lunch.The staff were very obliging. The premises were spotlessly clean.What more can I say.
