Amazing service from The Drink Shop. We had a missing item from a delivery, due to an accident by the delivery company. I phoned up late on the afternoon of 24 December to let them know. Incredibly helpful response and they managed to get the item delivered by lunchtime the following day (Christmas Eve). Much appreciated as the item was a bottle of Oloroso sherry for a special recipe we were cooking for Christmas Eve. Highly recommend them for excellent service.

My order of a fairly obscure beer was delivered very quickly, carefully packed. I was impressed, and will certainly buy from the Drink Shop again!
Excellent service. I ordered a vintage bottle of champagne for my daughters wedding anniversary. It was delivered three days earlier than expected which was fantastic since I was late placing the order. There was a misunderstanding about the millésimé which was quickly and sensitively sorted. I was touched by the trouble they took to explain the problem. I will certainly buy from them again and recommend them to friends.
Just received an email to tell us they have cancelled the order we placed before Christmas as they are unable to deliver to Ireland. Thanks for the great communication regarding a Christmas present.
I ordered some miniatures and they were delivered on time and in full at a good price . Sounds simple but a lot of businesses seem to struggle with these basic concepts
