Fantastic historical place to visit on their open days. My daughter is always desperate to visit again. Climb to the roof for fantastic views over Ramsgate port. And surrounding areas.
I was able to complete a tour of this amazing house. It was fascinating to hear about the life of Augustus Pugin and what inspired him to build this house. It has been so carefully restored by the Landmark Trust, to how it was when he and his family lived there. Well worth a visit on one of the open days.
A wonderful place to stay for a holiday. Beautifully restored by the Landmark Trust. This was Augustus Pugin's home and it it quite stunning.
