Sat outside with a view of the harbour. Panini with salad on the side, nicely presented. Selection of light bites and sandwiches, hot and cold drinks. Inside looked small, but a further sitting area was available downstairs so space for the chillier months ahead. Friendly and attentive staff.

Pot of tea fills one cup so just get a cup of tea. I pointed this out and got a refill of hot water. Lovely people. Binoculars on one of the tables to look out. great view of the harbour looking out to the sea, seeing boats going out and coming in. Umbrellas safely tied down for the shade from the sun. I had a little English (full English excluding mushroom and extra sausage) on a Saturday at almost 12 so either all day breakfast or very accommodating cook. no toilets but public toilets nearby the beach. Food was great not a thing wrong could have done with a bit more beans. It was a great combination of location, food and atmosphere that gives the place my rating.

The kitchen is small so there was a bit of a wait and the food is not all that great, however the views of the yacht marina are definitely worth it. The huge glass of orange juice a must

First time here for bruch and a bott of Prosecco...really good home cooked fare. Lovely setting even on a dreary day. Very reasonably priced too..definitely worth a visit..even for just a coffee n cake. Thank you..
