Chris and the team were outstanding to deal with when we purchased 4 bikes pre-Christmas. They went above and beyond to ensure we bought the right bikes for our family and to deliver on time. Once fully assembled they weren’t happy with the way the gears were working on my daughters bike and replaced at no cost to us. Quality control at its best!! Finally, Chris helped to load the bikes into the tray of the ute on Christmas Eve. He made sure all bikes were secure and placed cardboard between each bike to eliminate any damage to the new bikes. We are so happy with our experience with the Sutton’s team and the joy on our kids faces when getting their bikes was our reward for their fantastic service.
Excellent experience dealing with Chris and the team for servicing, advice and all things bikes. All the team pay attention to detail with servicing and are always very friendly.
