Reception staff and nurses are friendly and helpful but it looks like they are fighting a losing battle. This is by far he worse doctor I have encountered in my life. I can't wait to find another surgery.

Absolutely disgusting place, extremely long waits, to get an appointment you have to ring up to 150 times (I have proof on my phone) and then when you do get through there are no appointments left! If your ill and don't manage to ring at 8 and try later the receptionist will not be very nice about it and will just tell you to ring at 8am so you end up going to the out of hours gp or even the hospital

Other than sometimes difficult to get through to make an appointment, I've never been treated with anything other than courtesy, friendliness, and efficiency. Thank you.

Awful surgery. Doctor Grover is the only good doctor but in the two years I was there, I only saw him once. After having a baby and surgery, I was meant to have a check up at 6 weeks to check I was healing ok but whoever the doctor was that I saw, he refused to and instead, read me some information off his phone. The reception staff are so incredibly rude and just can’t be bothered. They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t want the responsibility. The last thing you want to experience when you’re having to go to the doctors. My father was rejected after suffering a serious life threatening injury and being in ICU for 14 days and being told by ashford hospital that his GP needs to do a one week check up after being discharged, it’s been 8 weeks and he has rang three times to be seen by a GP and the reception told him that they don’t deal with that and to ring the hospital back. The hospital were disgusted that the GP’s we’re not doing their job and that they were getting him to ring the hospital 8 weeks after discharged! I know all doctors are overrun but this is the worst doctors I’ve ever experienced.

I have been with this Surgery for over 20 years, Dr. Grover and his staff have always been excellent with my family and I. Dr. Grover diagnosed my heart disease and now after having 4 stents I am fine. One of his locums Dr. Russell diagnosed a skin cancer which has now been removed. I agree it's not easy to get an appointment but if you desperately need one , they do their best to fit you in. I know how busy they are ,so my family never bother the surgery unless its very important. Usually the reception will advise if you are concerned about anything. Ramon Salmon
