Took phone In For a screen repair came back front screen not fitted properly and back screen cracked. After nearly 3 weeks with no phone got it back with new screens only to find a week later the back camera fell out and the battery which used to last a day and half when fully charged now doesn't even last half the day. So by the looks of it I'm going to have to buy a new phone. Would never go back here, shocking!!!

Excellent service. My phone needed a new part that needed to be ordered. The owner did a temporary fix on my phone until the part arrived. New part fitted. Phone is now like new. Wish I got the owner's name. He is incredibly polite and professional and excellent value for an excellent service. This will now be my \go to\ shop for any problems with my phone or tablet. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service from Ramsgate Mobile, the shop has a great selection of phones etc all at a great price . I was very happy with my purchase Huawei phone ,and was reassured all data would be transferred from my old phone, but as I wasn't confident in doing this the owner kindly made sure it was successfully completed before I left the shop . Received a very professional service .
Gave my phone in for a simple screen repair. It was returned to me and the phone doesn’t even turn on now, it is now in a worst state than when I gave it in. Non responsive with zero power.
Very professional service . I had done my Samsung S10 screen fix and charging port. Phone working as a new without any problems. really appreciate it guys there done really professional and great job.
