Having used them for a good few years as a business customer I always found them to be helpful, polite and very reasonable on pricing, I ceased trading a few years ago and had to recently order a glazing unit, I had arranged to pay with the chap I was dealing with the day after delivery when passing next, I got an incredibly rude, guilt trip, passive aggressive voicemail from one of the ladies in the office demanding I call them up to pay the outstanding balance immediately over the phone against what had been previously agreed upon. I'm very surprised how much the attitude of the staff has changed over the years, I've spent thousands with Ramsgate glass over the years, I definitely won't be giving them my custom going forward.

Husband accidentally broke pane of glass in shed window . Phoned Glass Centre and he was to come to shop , glass cut to perfection within minutes . One very happy husband . Excellent service all round
