Sadly no longer a bandstand. Now in need of a lot of care and repair. As a child I can remember watching the Freddie Hargreaves band there. Different music each night. I would also take my grandfather who was blind along to listen to the music.

Ramsgate Bandstand is a local tourist viewpoint, it's situated opposite Wellington Crescent and has possibly the best views in Ramsgate. France can be seen on a clear day,the Royal Harbour of Ramsgate is clearly seen from this spot as can the English channel. The bandstand has Wellington Crescent as a backdrop,quite stunning. Well worth a visit.
It's no longer used as a bandstand. However it's useful as a shelter and has good views out to sea.
Great views of the channel and down to the beach from this point it's a lovely stretch to walk along the top over looking the sea it's looks pretty well kept
It's got beautiful views overlooking the harbour and the sea. The East cliff as a whole is beautiful and breath taking. Great for a walk, or a jog or run
Two stars not because I dislike it, more that I am disappointed that the bandstand isn't used for anything. Its a large bandstand with a beautiful view and lots of surrounding space, yet I have never seen it used for anything. Hopefully somebody can turn things around and find a purpose for it.
