I had all the windows at the back of my house replaced with double glazed UPVC units by P&P in July 2020. The guys that came to fit the windows were clean, tidy, efficient and polite. I was expecting a lot of making good and re-decorations when they were finished but they have left everything absolutely perfect ... no gaps, no broken tiles, no ripped wallpaper. The windows are great and I can't speak highly enough of the service P&P provided. I highly recommend this company!

Great and friendly service. Fixed our bi-fold doors when they weren't closing properly. The lady I spoke to on the phone was great and booked us in within a week, and engineer turned up exactly on time. He did a great job. Very pleased.

The worst customer service I've ever had. 6 months and still waiting for them to fit a window. They always promise to call back and never do and I have to ring them. Absolutely awful
