Went to purchase a property through Pearson Gore Ramsgate, Cash Buyer. Happy to pay more than the asking price which i offered however they did not want to know. Turns out the property sold for only 1,500 more than my first offer, took several months for it to go through (so was it a cash buyer?). I lost out and so did the Vendor as they could have got more money
