I'd give negative stars if I could. Absolutely appalling service, rude staff on the phone and no apology as they believe over 3 and half hours is an acceptable waiting time. Ordered food at half past 5 and a hour and a half later I phone to say where is our food even thought they said it would take an hour, the guy on the phone was useless and had an attitude all I got was I don't know every time I asked how long will it be what is it that needs doing? He told me it was still cooking, in the end he passed me over to his I assume mother who said that they've had a lot of orders but said she'll find out and call me back. Another hour passed, no phone call, so I called to ask what was going on, she told me the food was half way through cooking?! I said well to meet them in the middle I'll collect my order, can she phone me when it's done. Another hour, nothing. So I called and said give me my money back, I've been waiting for 3 and half hours. The young lad with attitude said I have to contact foodhub for a refund!! I didn't order through foodhub, I ordered direct from them. They said their orders go through foodhub, but this is not advertised on their site so BEWARE that one. In the end I got so fed up I walked down there and demanded a refund, she gave me foodhub's number so I called them infront of the staff in the restaurant, I now have to wait 3-5 days for over 50 because their restaurant is quite clearly incapable of handling a number of orders, and just lie when you ask for updates, as when I got to the restaurant she said they're halfway through cooking it now! I said they should advertise they use foodhub and if they can't cope with orders they shouldn't be taking them. I didn't even get an apology after I had to walk down there at gone 9 o'clock. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Food was amazing, brilliant selection for vegetarians and all tasted great!
Made a very good comeback with new owners. Food is exceptional, anything in a batter is crispy and not drowned in sauce making it soggy. Use their website and you get 10% off. Only downside is that delivery can take a while, usually 1 to 1 and a half hours.
