Worst pharmacy i think I have ever visited. Every time I have been there they totally ignore you,ring the bell .. nothing twice I have seen them on mobiles video calling friends had to shout are you even open. Shame really as was convenient when shopping.

This pharmacy is an absolute disgrace! They messed up my flu jab appointment, they have given me numerous appointments and they cancel and then email me another! My first time using them for flu jab and WILL BE MY LAST! Never again I will use Boots again next year!
Absolutely fuming today because not for the first time have you forgotten to deliver my dad morphine with his repeat prescription. My sister could not get through to you on phone so decided to walk to you to advise and was told you were too busy to look into this!! She refused to leave without it as our dad is 82 and needs his medication. This happens because morphine is stored in the fridge and you fail to get it out. I understand its a controlled drug and you cannot just hand it over but if you delivered it we would not be put in this situation of having to collect! We have also got to drop back the repeat prescription that you left in the bag so I will have to bring this back later even though this is another error by you. The elderly rely on you for medication deliveries and you have failed my dad a number of times. It's not good enough.
