I started Kustom Fit having little confidence in my physical ability and appearance. I had no idea what I was capable of and was reluctant to try through failure. Alex and the other Kustom Fit trainers push you to unleash your potential and improve your confidence, in a fun, friendly environment. You have a great laugh with everyone! Everyone who visits Kustom Fit are encouraging, motivating and understanding, creating a great fitness environment. I have noticed a vast improvement in my fitness levels and appearance, having lost over 2 stone since starting! I high rate and recommend Kustom Fit.
