I ordered an orthopaedic mattress because my partner has back problems, soon after delivery we found it was unsuitable for her, she was not comfortable sleeping on it despite it being awesome quality and fine for me, I co tacted Thanet beds and explained, Jamie was very professional and offered a replacement and the next day they took away the orthopaedic mattress and replaced with a more expensive memory foam mattress at no additional charge. My other half now sleeps so much better and wakes up without the aches and pains. I live in Hastings and was ultra impressed at the service considering how far away we are from their store.
