Highly recommend this business. Karl - polite, efficient and totally professional - worked tirelessly to remove old immersion and header tanks plus redundant pipe work. He installed the new boiler with no fuss and left everything clean and tidy. No hesitation in using his services again.

Karl recently installed a new gas fire and some radiator valves for us , he did an excellent job , very professional and he doublechecked everything , ensuring there were no problems . Emma in the office was very nice , polite and friendly , making the decision to choose Karl ‘s company easy. I would definitely recommend Karl for anybody who needs heating or plumbing work done.he is a very nice reliable young man , if you choose Karl you will not be disappointed.
Having no heating or hot water, Carl came and diagnosed the problem in minutes, parts were needed but they arrived the next day and he came in the evening and now I am nice and toasty, Emma in the office kept me posted on what was happening and Karl was so professional and such a clean worker, I would have no problem in recommending these lovely people.
I shall start with 'I recommend them'! Having called their number, the phone was answered by Emma in a polite and professional manner. So many don't pick up or you are greeted with a 'Ello?' Karl arrived early to look at the work required (tap replacement, shower head replacement, leaky shower mixer control and new radiator and pipework). In passing I mentioned the poor level of radiator heat from our new-ish combi boiler – Karl asked to take a look at and instantly identified some unusual installation 'choices' by the previous installer. On the day Karl arrived on time and installed a filling loop to the heating system and contacted the boiler manufacturer to run through the set-up settings. (The boiler had apparently been set up as some form of 'on-demand water heater' primarily with less priority on the heating side!) Once updated and the pressure adjusted, our heating system (which hadn't worked correctly since the new installation of the boiler) sprang into life! The other elements of the project were completed without fuss. I have since called them to replace a water heater. Thoroughly recommend this great Ramsgate company who care that they're doing a good job!
Karl installed some radiators for me and the job was slightly less straightforward than it first appeared but he did a very professional job and I'm really pleased with the result. I'll definitely use him again for any further plumbing jobs I have and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
