Felt the need to leave a review after such expert service and care a few months ago. I have PTSD after a traffic accident in 2015. Most of the time I have minor symptoms but lately various things have occurred in my life, plus the lockdown, and some of my symptoms worsened. I didn't want to go to the docs and back on the medication without first trying something natural. After a 10 minute consultation I was recommended St Johns Wort. I wanted to ease the stress factor without feeling doped or drowsy. And these tablets are amazing. I stopped taking them for about 8 days recently and my stress levels went through the roof so I can safely say 100% that the ladies in the shop helped me choose the perfect product for my needs and didn't once make me feel rushed at all in making that decision. Always feel looked after here, and honestly cannot thank them enough for helping calm my stresshead and anxious mind!

Lovely little shop, I went today and I didn’t have to Q, sanitizer on the entrance and customers well advised, I ️ H &B, they have everything I want yep 5 stars from me. Ps.. the staff are great, keep up the good work , making ppl healthy
