After Helen and I arranged a date and time for my treatment, she told me that dedicated time is all about me. It made me feel very special. So my 16 month old was put to bed and the boyf sent to football. I sat in my comfy armchair with my feet up (literally) and Helen went through the health guidelines and questions making sure I had a glass of water. Once she started, I drifted off into a dreamy state and am sure I might have dropped off to sleep for a moment. The treatment felt good and I could feel Helen's fingers pushing and massaging all the different areas of my feet in her firm but relaxing technique. I will definitely be recommending Helen to others. Thanks Helen x

Gosh what an amazing experience with HC therapies. Helen was knowledgable and informative from the get go and explained any questions I had (no matter how obvious these were to her) Helen made sure I was really comfy and ensured I had everything needed for treatment. During the treatment Helen would make regular checks on my comfort levels and would remind me to relax as well as asking if there was anything I wanted more of. Overall, Helen’s service cannot be flawed, from cleanliness and knowledge right through to the therapy, the whole experience was fantastic.
Helen explained knowledgeably how her reflexology treatment will benefit me. The treatment was superb. I felt incredibly relaxed and calm and it will do me good too!
Helen was great, she explained all about the therapy, which was interesting in itself, and it was so easy to relax, helped as you are in your own home. I had a twinge in my foot, now gone. It is a great service, as she does a home visit it means that afterwards you don't have to put on your shoes, and so you can fully let your feet enjoy the treatment for longer ..throughly recommend it.
