From all the comments on here I thought this was going to be a bad choice, but I can't fault them at all, the Staff were polite and helpful, food was all hot and freshly cooked. I will be using fortune Meddow again. Thanks for the lovely meal
3 hours till delivery, got food poisoning no refund or apology. Worse ever Chinese
Ordered using JustEat at 6:30pm and at 8:30pm it showed up as delivered. I tried to phone the restaurant 15 times but they never picked up. Contacted JustEat and they finally told me that my order had been cancelled as an ‘item was out of stock’. I don’t understand how this was only found out 2 hours after I’d ordered. The restaurant obviously doesn’t care for their customers.
First time I've ordered from Fortune Meadow. I can honestly say it was awful food and we will never go back! Most of the meat dishes were over cooked and almost impossible to chew. What wasn't overcooked was completely tasteless or very greasy. We threw most of the food in the bin. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else.
