Bill and Fatima and their Everbuilt company recently completed the construction of my home which was a complete knockdown and rebuild. Bill was patient and respectful throughout with a “can do” attitude where nothing was too difficult or too small. He was cooperative and very helpful throughout the whole process including with the few trades that I directly retained. And the place was kept clean daily – a rarity in the industry. I would use Everbuilt again. No better recommendation that that!

Engaged Everbuilt after a nightmare with my first builder. Billy and the Everbuilt team were chalk and cheese from my first exerpience. Billy was responsive and happy to discuss matters, wsa up front about the work involved and exceptionally careful to make sure the job was actually done right. The guys were here when they said they were going to be at hte time they said they were going to be. Documented any changes variations that were required and discussed options. Workmanship was exceptional and they took exceptional care to ensure the quality of everything they did. Could not recommend Everbuilt highly enough.
Fatima and the Everbuilt team worked with us on a recent project refurbishing a community centre. As with building projects, there were many unexpected issues that arose (none relating to Everbuilt), which they dealt with in a very professional and prompt manner. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure that they delivered a beautiful community space in record time. They also donated some items for the community using the venue. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great builder and project manager
Bill and the Everbuilt team recently completed a renovation in my home. The team were professional m who take pride in their work and deliver top quality outcomes. They also project managed and supervised a few supporting subcontractors to lay a small concrete pad, make good some new walls and ceilings with plumbing and electric work. They were also considerate of our family living in the space and generally kept the project area clean and tidy. I would recommend and definitely work with Bill again.
We and our neighbours (duplex) used Everbuilt to demolish our old rear decks, and to design and install new, larger ones. We are absolutely delighted with our new balcony - it is far better than we even imagined it would be! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bill, Fatima and the whole team at Everbuilt. They were unfailingly professional, polite, thoughtful and excellent at what they do. They were also always sensitive to issues around time, cost and privacy. We can recommend Bill and the Everbuilt team warmly and withut reservation.
Everbuilt did an absolutely amazing job renovating a Community Room in Chifley for the residents of Namatjira Place. From start to finish they were so profession, extremely clean and hard working. Fatima was without a doubt a legend, she made sure everything was in order for this (tricky at times) project and was so easy to work with and contact. Bill and Haysam were amazing too, made us feel so at ease, nothing was too big or too small. I am posting on behalf of my godmother who has just had three walls knocked down to expand her lounge room, and of her experience, she says: It is with much pleasure that I write this review of the Everbuilt team who recently completed a renovation in my home. Managing Director Bill Tabikh and his team are a professional, highly skilled team who take pride in their work and deliver top quality outcomes. Their attention to detail and consultation throughout the project ensured a great result as you can see on their Facebook page. Before the commencement of work, Bill went through the contract carefully with me to ensure that everything was clear and correct. Everbuilt have a plan and a schedule for each day which is always adhered to and consequently the project was finished on time and there was always work being done on site every day. Nothing is too much trouble for Bill and the team. They covered doors, windows and fireplaces to make sure dust didn't get into the rest of the house. They cleaned up thoroughly, kept their tools and equipment neatly stored, shut the gates and took care of my property. At all times I was treated courteously and respectfully and kept informed of progress daily. Before the handover Bill checked everything thoroughly and made sure I was completely happy with the result.
