After a roller coaster of meeting a selection of potential providers of a new composite door we chose Elephant Windows due to the quality of the door. Frustratingly the advisor wasn't aware that the door we chose wasn't suitable for our house but, after some excellent customer care provided by Kelly in the office we settled on a new one. Although this created a delay of 2 weeks in fitting, Kelly kept us updated regularly with good information and responded quickly to any questions. Today Florin arrived to fit our new door. He was polite, tidy, and did a great job moving a handle on my request with no fuss and a professional smiley attitude. We are delighted with our new door and, although we haven't had any weather to test it yet, I am sure we will have no problems, and if we do, feel confident that Kelly and the business will make sure we are attended to quickly. I'm happy to recommend them.

Appalling service. Hundreds of pounds of damage done. It took me weeks of arguing with them to get a small amount of money out of them which did not cover the repair costs. 18 months later a glass unit cracked and now they are refusing to replace it under the guarantee, saying something has hit it. Not true and they have not even looked at it.

I went for their anthracite aluminum window frames, great contemporary designs... The guys did a good job and I was happy with the price... Sad to read they have closed down...is that true ?
