Only network store in ramsgate. Clean, tidy, lots of room. Store staff are helpful and knowledgeable, I found the customer service to be excellent and personal....like they actually cared
Absolutely awful service, took in a three month old iPhone 8 as advised by EE customer services on the phone, had to wait an hour and a half to be seen, staff are in no rush at all to help, had my phone sent away as it was not working and although EE had said the store could exchange for a new phone at their discretion given that it was under warranty they point blank refused and insisted I take it to bluewater even the the apple store there was currently closed. , I've had no communication from them to say my phone has been returned to the store after 10 days waiting (although when tracking online that is where it is) and have spent my morning on redial trying to arrange when I can collect it but it seems they do not actually answer the phone. Shocking staff & even more shocking service
On the face of it the staff were friendly and helpful, but when they didn't have what I wanted to buy they seemed rather keen to sell me something I didn't want. Shame!
I would like to commend one of your sales assistants called Michelle who has given me excellent service patience and advice
Tried calling most of the morning, they never answered the phone once. Very poor, wont be buying from them then if a phone company doesn’t have the ability to answer a phone
Despite being short of staff on a Saturday, the service was friendly, efficient, patient and polite. Issue sorted in no time. Thank you.
Never answer the phone. Ironic that a phone company don't answer the phone and shortage of stores means it's not easy getting to one to do what could of been done on the phone.
