It was great at the beginning when looking at the place and signing, we had a couple of issues that needed repairing in our unit and they never came to fix or give us some answer as to why etc. After lease ran out they constantly called me to try and renew the lease which I didn't have to do and did not do because once you do and you need to move on you will pay a penalty. But the icing on the cake was when we had our unit cleaned Emma went out of her way to not pass it again and again we had to ask our professional cleaners to keep coming back because she could not accept the finished product and best part was she told us she had her own cleaners to clean it if we wanted to, finally they ended up finding a tenant and Kristy called me to.say everything was fine and not to.worry about it. We were great tenants paid weekly without any issues had professional cleaners coming in 3 to 4 times could not please this one person it was a terrible experience at the end.
