I had an appointment booked and received a message on my phone 15 minutes before saying that the person supposed to be doing the haircut had to leave. So when I arrived I had to wait for another lady to do my haircut. I have asked for my hair to be the same length but when she cut it, it was not even straight at the bottom and you could see the difference in lenght on the two sides. It’s also shorter at the front. I have spoken to the Salon afterwards and the manager phoned me back and asked me to go back. She straightened the back and offered another free haircut 6 weeks later which I just had. I can’t fault the customer service.

I never leave nasty reviews... but I thought id share my experience. Arrived at the salon at 12.15, appointment was for 12.30. My hairdresser was 25 minutes late. I showed her what I wanted and the way she explained what itll look like got me excited and could not wait to see the finished result. She spent her time doing the foil balyage and this technique i have never seen before but didn't say anything as she was the expert... after 2 hours later she finished the foils on my head. She then attended another lady who was booked in for a balyage who had thick hair and i knew it was going to take a while but I stayed positive..... 3 hours later I finally had the bleach come off, so in total 5 hours of bleach in my hair. I was not happy and could see patches in my hair and just wished I had the confidence to get up and go. No one during this time asked if I wanted a drink or made an effort to see if i was OK, it was extremely awkward the other customers was just staring at me, probably thinking why has she had that bleach in for so long! She washed my hair and I had a trim and paid 100 which was pricey. She said sorry to me at the end... i was in the hairdressers for over 6 hours for a balayage, and my hair isn't that long or thick. When I left the hairdressers, my friend noticed how patchy and multicoloured it was. I had that much anxiety I could not bare to go in there again for them to fix something that could not be fix. When covid happened my hair was in best condition! Now its dry, dead, damaged and falling out. Will not come here again. The only positive is that they are lovely staff in there, i am just disappointed about how much time was wasted, 100 wasted and now my hair is in horrible condition.

Had wash/cut/blow dry and eye brows waxed and tinted. Thought they did lovely job with hair, got home and my husband noticed a section that was an inch or so longer than rest of hair, so he cut it to even out. Apart from that did a great job, loved my eyebrows wax and tint, also normally have reactions to wax but didn’t at this shop. Definitely go back, I wasn’t concerned about missing section of hair, it was a very small section. I think it’s easy to miss. Staff very lovely and chatty, makes you feel welcomed.
