CEX Ramsgate. Bought a ps4 online and had issues with the controller. As per their policy the whole console and controller needed to be exchanged rather than just the controller. The Ramsgate manager in the store did his best to provide good customer service despite the non-sensical policy. Walked away happy witht the service.
A great typical game shop alot of cheap games
Small but well run and we'll stocked for its size. Staff, as usually in this segment, are passionate, informative and motivated to help. If selling hardware bare in mind it may take time for them to test before buying which can cause delays and consider getting there before closing time as you may have to come back the following day. They have very good supply of games; a good selection of phones, tablets, e-readers and laptops; some PC hardware and other popular gadgets.
Love window shopping in this shop!! Staff always friendly enough!! There's loads to buy from games to dvds to blueray to computers laptops phones games machines of all sorts what ever you like!! If it's a saga machine or s Xbox one!! They have headphones for interaction between people playing the same games!! To wires, power packs for certain types!! Anything to do with entertainment!! Great shop in Ramsgate Kent UK!!
