Upgraded to Samsung A70 at the Westwood Cross Store, Broadstairs. Very pleased with phone, just getting to know all the functions. Big thank you to Dave & Dino for all their help patience, and expert advice, especially after I locked myself out of phone. Thanks again guy's.

Went in there yesterday for a cheap prepaid (pay-as-you-go) SIM card I could use while holidaying in the UK for the next couple of weeks. Explained I basically wanted the most bang for buck, especially in terms of data allowance Customer service was excellent, they gave me a short list of options and sorted me out with exactly what I was after, plugged the card into my phone and got me up and running within about 15 minutes. Dino, if you're reading this you're a bloody legend!

Having read the reviews I think that senior management should be looking at staffing levels. All the staff I have dealt with were knowledgable, seemed genuinely interested in helping me to the best of their ability and were very personable. I would agree that there was a shortage of staff which must make it quite stressful to provide a high level of customer service. If it weren't for staff levels I'd have given them a 5 star rating. Thanks for your help guys.
