Having been recommended this company by a friend for their outstanding service and attention to detail, I would like to say WOW if every customer service experience was as good as the one they have shown me the world would be a better place! I had 3 vehicles to insure and lots of irritating questions and specific needs but nothing was to much for them and the level of cover they found for me is second to none. Having once worked in insurance myself (many years ago) I actually know what I’m talking about so if you want outstanding service and cover tailor made to your needs, look no further. Thank you Broadsure Direct this is the first time I’ve EVER been inspired to write a review:)

They were very good and professional, until you need something or something goes wrong. Then the staff make you feel like your being a nuisance and difficult. There was a question of about 20 on my account which on 2 occasions was told they will sort that out for me. When I cancelled my my insurance I made sure to ask whether I owed any money and was told no. Then I started to receive debt collector letters. When I called to query this the first time I'm I was told the manager would ring me back. That never happened, so I rung again and was told, well we don't keep records and phone logs for long enough for them to give me an answer. The issue is still unresolved and I have received another letter
