Extreme racism in this shop,I went so many time to repair my cycle they donot give attention when they see Asian face,but when she white people quick reaction.if they can fix problem in 5 minutes they dont fix if see asian face
Waited for my sons bike to come in for over 2 months Bought my son another bike in the meantime as no one bothered to contact me. They lied saying they made attempts to call me and left voicemail messages ... Absolute lie! Received no calls to inform me of the delay in fact I rang twice to follow up whereabouts of bike I understand there has been delays due to the pandemic but at least honour your customers deposit and offer a credit note !!! DON’T BUY from here they lie and rob you Go to FRASERS CYCLES in Taren point ... much nicer and helpful staff and don’t just take your money for nothing !!!!!
