Left a job to work for this Ashley after he made a million promises. I read a comment before saying cowardly communication... that dosent say the least, did a weeks work with him being told he’s really happy with the work and has tonnes of work up until Christmas. Worked on his private flat which again he was over the moon with. Close of play Friday was talking about where we were Monday, then an hour later messaged me to say he can’t afford to keep me on. This is after one weeks work having left long term jobs for him which he knew, and made promises to convince me. His work wasn’t particularly great and I had to roll all the walls again in a job for an elderly couple because he was going to leave them looking shoddy. Disgraceful service, no morals, standards and no backbone. He’s a joke stay away... in response to your reply Ashley, you can manipulate it all you like, you know I know and people will realise... will catch up with you

Exterior walls cleaned, prepared and painted, “An excellent job and standard of work. We were kept fully informed of progress and we asked for a couple of extra things to be done whilst they were on site and nothing was too much trouble. We even left them with keys to the house one day so that internal works could be done. 10 months ago “I have had Ashley and his team back on my latest project, My partner and I have built a new 4 bedroom house in Ash, Kent and needed the full decorating package from them. Ashley was very accommodating with delays from other trades as we have to change the dates a couple of times but Ashley was very understanding. The standard was as expected, very neat work, within budget and time scales. We are hoping to continue with Ashley if all goes well with our future developing prospects.”
Ashley and Luke have completed all work to an extremely high standard. Arrived everyday at the time stated, pleasant, polite and trustworthy. We even asked if possible to do a few extra jobs and nothing was too much trouble. Will definately use again and would highly recommend. Thank you
One of the biggest positives about the way Ashley operates is that he responds quickly to calls and texts - how many in the trade leave you waiting until you have to chase them, or just give up? He is also punctual, works tidily and asks for feedback. The feedback I gave him after the initial exterior decoration was that it was little rushed in places, so why five stars? Because he listened and accepted this, and came back the next day to rectify it. The job now looks great. Honestly, it's nice to employ someone who doesn't take a client for granted, and understands what customer service is. And he's very reasonably priced. Thanks Ashley.
