If you use a toilet, do not throw the card you received. You can replace them in a combination for products in the Shell store. Neat and nice petrol.

A strange person is doing a service at the tanking spot even if you don't want his help. In the shop inside the cold coffee costs just too much, above 4 EUR per peice, shame on you.

Child need it toilet urgent. Woman would not let him whilst i went and got my bag to pay her .50cents. As well as being unhelpful she was rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. Well do e shell...not you need to train your staff when dealing with families, children are unpredictable and your staff need to learn to respond appropriately!

If you are driving on a long journey across Europe in the middle of winter, there is no better petrol station to stop at. Here is a story about my experience at this station... Highway petrol stations are funny places. Like voids in time. They are unassuming beacons of light in the darkness. They are always welcoming. No prejudice is found in these places. It doesn't matter who you are, where you are from or where you are going, it is always open to provide you with that one thing we all need... Energy to keep going that little further... Standing in the darkness, tired and cold, I am neither here nor there. Actually I am nowhere. When I look back I see a clouded darkness with faint glimmers of light rushing through the gloom. When I look forward I see a long, tiresome journey ahead. One which requires strength and focus to complete safely. The almighty feeling of complete and absolute numbness at this precise moment is eerily familiar. Not being lost. Just nowhere. Long drives provide adequate time for reflection. The monotonous highway rhythm provides a backdrop for the memories to be replayed, relived, recringed. Memories of happiness flash by as quick as the headlamps do on the highway. And just as quick, they disappear. The world around seems much more dark these days. The gloom a bit thicker. Light become harder to see. This overwhelming shadow of the darkness around the world drowns out the glimmers of happiness quicker and quicker these days. I Know I must leave here but with hope that the gloom will lift and the light will shine brighter this year. I must continue on my journey. I hope my fellow travellers will be courteous and caring as they also go onwards in their own journeys. Take time to help each other on their way too. Give strength to those in need. Give hope to those who have none. Onwards to new destinations, new light and a brighter tomorrow...
