It's been 20 years since I first graced Ramon's as a student but by the love of all that is good it is the greasy spoon I still dream of two decades later. The blackboard once said of the Gut Buster, 'we dare you?'. Well do you Ramon's? Do you? 10/10 . Nothing compares 2 U.

Cheap food, basic quality, loved by locals. They use instant coffee, so you got the point.
Decent prices and a good breakfast! Took us 30 minutes to find a decent breakfast that isn't avocados in Cardiff! Covid safe, large gaps between tables and santising stations on entry! Happy with our visit!
Good food plenty of it. Great friendly service. Free refill on coffee. Standard coffee that comes with meal is very nice no need to upgrade to posh coffee. Been going here for years and I love it. Only hang up is parking
Appalling service used too love this place don't no what happened to it tried over charging at first no big issue it only 80p but the look when I quizzed her at it said it all ! Asked for bread an butter instead of toast fair play i had it (but underneath my fd on plate ?) Then realised no sausages so asked politely abt it fair play she rushed straight out kitchen gripped 3 an threw them on my plate literally threw them lol jus a pity breakfast was nearly gone all in all jus saying place have gone down hill for me
