To be really honest the pace of the employees of this post office is a bit slow this is what I found and office is most of the time full of crowd and if you go there to withdraw some money or to send something by the help of post office you may end up spending 1-2 hours easily on an average it takes 1 hour for any work the cleanliness is on point and the post office is on main road which is really good also it is one of the oldest post office and Bank in Ramnagar but the ATM is still pending so overall review I would say it is just average and I had an account in post office which I closed because of the bad pace and facilities given by employees...
All services/facilities regarding post, banking , insurance, retail is available here. Public dealing and interaction is good . However sometimes they extended the services unnecessary . Basic facilities like toilets , drinking water ,upscalation stairs for disabled people is urgently needed in the welfare of public.
