The food is good enough for their price, taste good and the people are nice. There is a lot of people who wanted to eat here, unfortunately they have a limited space for customer. We waited like 5-10minutes before we get a table but worth the wait and worth to try their food. During our stay i guess more than 10 customers did not wait to get a table, that is of course not good for the shop. Anyway, i enjoy my Rahmen.

Best ramen we ever had. The noodles were outstanding and there are plenty of options. Highly recommend.
Bland. Definitely not \good\ Japanese fast food. We got take-out and everything was packaged well. I like that you can order a side of noodles or rice. Was a hit with the toddler so will likely order again.
Cozy little place in good location. Big portions for decent prices. Loved the build your own ramen concept!
I was eager to try this Ramen Shop for a while. A friend visited me and so we decided to go there. One star is earned for the appetizer. One star for the taste and quality of the Ramen and one star for the variety in which you can order your Ramen or Donburi. However we were a little disappointed in the quality of the Service. Alltogether it was okay, but we waited a long time after finishing our meal for attention by the waiter. (- 1*) And the dessert was the really sad thing: We wanted to try black sesame ice cream and so we ordered one scoop of black sesame ice and one scoop of another ice cream flavor for 2 per scoop. And the size of the scoops was simply a joke. (- 1*) However this place is recommandable for everyone who would like to enjoy a tasty bowl of Ramen whilst in Strasbourg :)
