I learned that TenPlus Systems is a certified Apple Authorized Service Retailer after trying to make an appointment at the often booked-up Apple Store Genius Bar. I'm so glad I tried this company out! There were plenty of appointment slots available, and it was much easier to social distance (we wait in our cars in between technician check-ins) while getting quick support. I worked with Peter, who was professional, helpful & quick to diagnose fix my phone issues. I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend TenPlus to get an iPhone repaired! Easy scheduling right off Apple site (due to Apple stores in NC being closed due to Covid), friendly staff who walks you through the process to set expectations from the start, to timely completion of service! Have never had to have my phone repaired, so TenPlus definitely made the process much easier!
Love the convenience and service received from TenPlus Systems. Much easier than going to the Apple Store and I get the same quality service. Justin Cook did a superb job replacing my iPhone's screen. Love how he explained my options and then completed the repair in a timely manner. TenPlus will always be my go-to for service/repair of my Apple products. Also, they sell Apple accessories - again - convenience.
This is hands down the best place to go for iPhone repair. They put the customer first and treat you right! They are much more convenient than taking your device to the Apple store. Please give them a try. I will be using them for all my iPhone and Mac repair work in the future!
