Best customer service! Shelly always takes care of things in a timely manner and makes sure we are taken care of, our system is working properly, and stays in contact with us when we have issues until they are resolved. I cannot say enough great things about them (or her). We recently had an issue with our system, it was fixed. Shelly took it upon herself to contact me when she noticed we may be having the same issue again, BEFORE we even knew about it! THAT'S customer service. She treats the place like she owns it, and her customers can tell.
