Pretty nice people. I love their pretzel dogs more than Auntie Ann's for some reason now. And to the guy crying about having 2 less bacon bites, mf could have just gone back and let them know. Pretty sure they would have helped in some way.

Deliciously chewy pretzels! Love the dipping sauces, too - lots of options. The honey mustard and Philadelphia cream cheese. The pretzel bites are where it's at for an afternoon pick-me-up snack!

Holy honey mustard, their dipping sauce is amazing. Chewy, hot, salty and almost a bit buttery, the pretzel bites are definitely a must-eat. Forget potato chips, you definitely can't eat just one pretzel bite, especially with the honey mustard sauce.

As a fellow merchant at Crabtree Valley Mall, I just bought what was supposed to be an 8 piece "bacon mozzarella bites". When I returned to my shop (Flashback) I was furious to find only 6 pieces. Shame on you!! You've lost my business; I'm going to challenge my credit card charge and complain to mall management. DON'T GO THERE is my advice.

Stopped by today to try the new pretzel bites with my two year old and my mom. The young man who took my order and made the bites for me stepped away from the counter. An older gentleman (who was working the Mrs. Field cookie counter) removed the bites from the warmer and put them on a pan. I asked him to please put the salt on them while they were in the pan. He ignored me and continued to put them in the cup. I again asked if he could please put the salt on while the rest were in the pan bc I didn't want some to be Saltier than others. He CONTINUED to ignore me, not even responding to me. I asked "can you hear me?" thinking maybe the glass was preventing him from hearing me. He looked at me said "yes I hear you. I know what I'm doing." He then put salt on the pretzels in the cup, put the top on the cup and shook it. I understand they do this for a living but a little communication could have gone a long way. Good customer service would have been him telling me what he was going to do, NOT ignoring me. The bites were DELICIOUS. But this older gentleman's lack of customer service was terrible. I'll never go back.

Great tasting pretzels and friendly staff! It is a little hidden though, PRO-TIPit's around the corner from the Mrs. Fields cookie shop. Pretzel texture is similar to Auntie Anne's, but they don't have hot dogs wrapped in pretzel. Manager's special of 2 pretzels and large ICEE is where it's at.
