I don't normally write reviews regarding my experience places, but I truly was impressed with the service that I received. Graham is a very nice man who clearly knows his stuff. He was able to immediately diagnose my problem and send it in for repair (both cheaper and quicker than Apple or another third party repair company like UbreakIFix could do) for my MacBook Pro 15inch screen. He was very easy to talk to and his dogs and cats in his house are very friendly. Overall, great experience.
Happy to find this local business. Graham was able to fix my computer over the weekend. Fast work at a fair price - can't get much better than that. I would use this company again and would recommend to my friends and family.

I have to tell you, I called this gentleman to get an idea of what I might need to what I'd have to spend to get my iMac up and running. I wasn't expecting much and honestly most wouldn't spend the time of day with you BUT this man was so professional and gracious as well as super responsive. We talked about a lot of choices, scenarios and options. Who does that? HE DID! Once I am ready, he will be my first choice! He's already been added to my contacts. He helped me a lot and although I am fairly knowledgeable, he's the PRO. That showed with his recommendations and insight. THANK YOU MACMATE!! You are great!
